Just to let you know that
after I spoke to you on Friday afternoon reporting that my liner had
been damaged in transit, the replacement arrived at 9.00am on Saturday
morning. As you know, I had special reasons for wanting it for the week-end
and I would like to say that I consider this rapid response to have
been an excellent piece of customer service which was much appreciated
A friend of mine is considering purchasing a liner shortly and I shall

know that the pond pumps which we ordered from you arrived the following
day and the liner, (which was supposed to take approx 7 working days),
actually arrived much sooner, meaning that we have been able to complete
our pond over the bank holiday weekend, as we originally hoped.
Everything is in perfect working order, and the pond is looking fantastic.
Thank you for all your help with our order. Although you are a new enterprise,
the service we have received from you was nothing short of professional.
