A. The best option for a tortoise even a small 4 month old spurthigh is a tortoise table Size 1220mm length x 600mm width x 255mm height in Beech or Oak, PT-2054Glow Light reflector, PT-2192 Exo Terra Solar Glo Sun this gives uv and heat in one bulb.

Vivariums should not be used for tortoise as they require a good circulation of air around them and a good temperature gradient also in a vivarium it gets too humid and does cause long term problems with eyes and lung problems. Allow the table to go cold (room temperature) at night this gives the day night gradient that they require.
