Q. I have a 1 year old Cali King who's getting a bit big for the original plastic viv I have "her" in. I've ordered the biggest one of your plastic tanks for now. I have a wood viv with sliding glass doors but she can actually squeeze out between the glass doors just now, so I daren't let her loose in that again just now. Does this sound ok? I feel bad having put her back into the plastic tank after her Houdini impression.
A. That sounds okay, but at a year old I would expect her to have a bit more Girth so as not to be able to squeeze through the gap. What are you feeding her? She should be on fuzzies at least by now even rat pups. The other thing that you can do is get some window draught excluder tape and put it down the glass on the inside where the glass gap is.
Regards John
